Questionsabout automation

What can Tally automate between Salesforce and QuickBooks?
Creating invoices, estimates, sales receipts and purchase orders, recording payments on invoices, and creating or updating QuickBooks customers, each as a Flow action you can use in any Salesforce Flow.
Do I need a developer?
No. These are standard Flow actions. Pick them in Flow Builder under their QBO categories and fill in the inputs.
How does a Flow know it worked?
Each action returns a success flag and a message, and some return the new record's id, so the Flow can branch, notify someone or log the result.
Can a Flow create the QuickBooks customer too?
Yes. Create Customer on QuickBooks creates it from an Account with names, email, phones, addresses and more, and Update Customer on QuickBooks keeps it current.
